Body/Strength Instructor

Michelle began her fitness career as a personal trainer with Equinox luxury fitness clubs. While there, she helped clients with weight loss, strength building, and functional mobility. She also continued her education in anatomy, body mechanics, fitness programming, and various exercise modalities. After becoming certified in comprehensive Pilates instruction, Michelle now teaches both apparatus and mat Pilates at Equinox. She works to combine her personal training education with the Pilates method to produce challenging, cohesive, and satisfying workouts. Michelle encourages people of all ages and levels to incorporate Pilates into their workout routines, and is enthusiastic to help everyone do so.
