PRIME CYCLE + BODY CLASSES

Cycle 45

Ride in a fun, high energy class in our state of the art studio with stadium seating and concert surround sound music while turning up the resistance and pushing beyond your limits. Riders have the option to track their stats including calories burned, power levels and RPM riding while getting lost in the beat. All levels are welcome and encouraged. End your day feeling stronger than ever with this 45 minute class. 

Cycle 60

Strength: Full Body

Full body workout featuring strength intervals sprinkled with cardio bursts, to rev-up your metabolism for maximum burn and leave you not only sweaty but feeling strong. From body weight to heavy weights no two classes are alike but the burn and results are always the same.

Strength: Full Body Express

Full body workout in 30 minutes featuring strength intervals sprinkled with cardio bursts, to rev-up your metabolism for maximum burn and leave you not only sweaty but feeling strong. Get all the power and strength of a 45 in a fast-paced 30 minute burn.

Arms + Abs

Strength-based class targeting arms & abs through the use of bodyweight exercises and dumbbells. Option to use light, medium, and/or heavy weights for a personalized workout. Paired with upbeat music, this class will leave abs burning and arms feeling stronger than ever.

Arms + Abs + ass

Strength-based class targeting your arms, abs and glutes through the use of bodyweight exercises and dumbbells. Option to use light, medium, and/or heavy weights for a personalized workout. Paired with upbeat music, this class will leave abs burning, r arms feeling stronger than ever and glutes lifted and on fire- a perfect blend of the best parts of a strength class.

Best Butt ever

Who doesn’t want the best butt ever? Strength-based class to shape and lift your booty.  Workout integrates head-to-toe core exercises to trim the waistline and power-based lower body exercises that fire up the glutes and build definition and strength.  It just might be the best class ever.

Pilates Reformer

A Pilates Reformer class offers a dynamic and full-body workout that uses the Reformer machine to challenge your strength, flexibility, and core stability. In this class, you'll focus on controlled, precise movements that target all major muscle groups, with a strong emphasis on the core. The exercises are designed to improve posture, balance, and alignment, while also increasing muscular endurance and flexibility. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, the class can be modified to suit your fitness level, ensuring you get a challenging and effective workout every time. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and revitalized.

prime Pilates

Full body workout designed to strengthen the core while finding length in the spine. This sneaky burner will target strength, stability, and flexibility through a variety of exercises. From resistance bands to the Pilates ring, we use props to enhance class for maximum results. 

Prime Barre

Prime’s spin on a classic barre class.  Full body workout combining attributes of barre, Pilates and functional fitness training. Exercises incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing that incorporates upper and lower body to make every minute count. High reps is the goal in each class. Option to use light, medium and moderately heavy-weights for a personalized workout.  Class results in a full l body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished.

Fast Burn Sculpt: Infrared Heated*

Turn up the heat and ignite your metabolism with Fast Burn Sculpt! This high-energy class blends sculpting exercises with bursts of cardio, using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight moves — all amplified by the benefits of infrared heat. Expect increased heart rate, deep muscle engagement, and a serious sweat. Infrared enhances circulation, boosts your metabolism, supports detoxification, and even promotes glowing skin. You’ll leave feeling empowered, energized, and strong.

Slow Burn Sculpt: Infrared Heated*

Deeply sculpt and strengthen with Slow Burn Sculpt, a slower-paced, Pilates-inspired class designed to tone and engage your muscles while emphasizing core connection. Infrared heat enhances the burn, making this an intense metabolic experience while supporting flexibility, circulation, and skin health. This class uses intentional, flowing movements to target and strengthen every muscle, bringing the mind and body into alignment in a truly transformative session.

Pilates Sculpt: Infrared Heated*

This isn’t your mama’s Pilates. Heated Pilates Sculpt is a contemporary mat-based Pilates class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt — with a fierce edge. Using light weights, Pilates rings, sliders, and resistance bands, you’ll flow through core-driven sequences that challenge stability, posture, and alignment. Infrared heat turns up the intensity, enhancing flexibility, circulation, and metabolic burn.

Yoga Burn: Infrared Heated*

Flow, sweat, and strengthen in this dynamic vinyasa-style class set in our infrared-heated studio. Designed to emphasize alignment, core strength, and balance, Yoga Burn links breath to movement through a vigorous sequence of postures that build on sun salutations and flow sequences, culminating in a restorative savasana. The infrared heat enhances circulation, promotes detoxification, and supports deeper muscle engagement, leaving you feeling invigorated and empowered. This class is suitable for all levels, offering modifications to meet you where you are in your practice.
