Prime Cycle + Body Studio Policies

Effective Date: April 2026

Welcome to Prime Cycle + Body. We are a high-performance, high-demand studio. These policies are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and the best possible experience for every client in every class!

Arrivals & Class Entry

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

  • First-time clients must arrive early to allow time for setup and instruction

  • Late entry is not permitted for first-time clients

  • For returning clients, your spot may be released at class start time

  • Entry may be denied after class has begun for safety and class flow

Spots are limited and in high demand—please respect start times.

Class Preparation

  • Cycle: Cycling shoes required - (SPD or Delta)- rentals $2 or bring your own

  • Reformer & Mat: Grip socks required (no exceptions)

  • No sneakers permitted in studio rooms (except with medical need)

We provide mats for mat-based classes. Feel free to bring your own.

Towels provided for all classes. Feel free to bring your own.

Bottled Water, snacks and retail items are available for purchase.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

All reservations are subject to the following:

  • Cancel 8+ hours before class: No charge

  • Cancel within 8 hours: $15 late cancel fee

  • No-show: $25 fee

You are considered a no-show if you are not checked in by class start time.

All reservations must be cancelled through your account.

We do not process cancellations via email, phone, or message.

All fees are final.

Waitlist & Booking Policy

Our classes frequently sell out. The waitlist is an active part of our booking system and works when used properly by our community.

  • You may be added to class up to 7 hours before start time automatically

  • Beginning 1 hour before class, open spots are released via text notification

  • Spots are claimed on a first-come, first-served basis within this 1 hour

Reservation Limit:

Clients may hold a maximum of 3 active reservations per day (including booked classes and waitlists combined).

Prime Standard:

Only book the class or waitlist you fully intend to take. Holding multiple spots limits access for other clients and impacts the experience for the entire community. Please refrain from doing this.

Client Responsibility:

  • Monitor your booking status in the app

  • Be prepared to attend if you are added to class

If you are added to class at any time and do not attend, standard late cancel/no-show fees apply. Many spots open within the hour before a class starts because of late cancels, always check the app to grab a spot.

Membership Policies

Commitment & Billing

All memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment.

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis.

Freezes

Memberships may be frozen for 30, 60 or up to 90 days total per year, with a maximum of 2 freeze requests annually. All freeze requests must include a start and end date.

Credit Packs

  • All credits expire based on purchase terms

  • One-time 30-day extension available upon request

Chargeback Policy

If you have any questions about a charge, please contact us directly—we are responsive and committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Simply email info@primecycle.com.

Filming & Device Policy

To protect the privacy and experience of all clients:

  • Filming is not permitted during class without instructor approval

  • If approved, you may film yourself only—never other clients

  • All filming must be respectful and non-disruptive

Prime reserves the right to deny or stop filming at any time for the safety of our community.

Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority.

  • Heated classes use infrared technology and may reach elevated temperatures

  • Please consult your physician before participating if managing any medical condition

  • Inform your instructor of any injuries or limitations prior to class

  • Pregnant women are not permitted in heated classes.

General Policies

  • Accounts may not be shared

  • Prime is not responsible for lost or stolen items

  • All sales are final (no refunds on memberships, classes, or retail)
