What is the temperature of the room?

  • Heated sculpt room varies from 80-100 degrees depending on the class.

Do I need to bring a towel?

  • Please bring your own towel - we have small towels available but we recommend you bring a larger towel.

Do I need to bring a mat?

  • We highly recommend you bring your own mat. There are mats available at the studio, but we encourage you to bring your own.

do i need to drink extra water?

  • We recommend you drink extra water before your class, lots of water during and extra water after class to avoid dehydration.

Do I need sneakers or grippy socks?

  • For Fast Burn sneakers are recommended.

  • For Slow Burn grippy socks are recommended.

WHAT Should I wear?

  • Wear light and fitted clothes.

What if iā€™m running late?

  • We will not permit entry to a heated class after 2 minutes of class start. There will no exceptions. If you are late we are happy to rebook you for another class.

Should i eat before class?

  • Try to avoid any big meals prior to a class. 

Anything else i should know?

  • Try to be set up in the room 5 minutes before class starts so you can get acclimate to the heat before working out.

  • Listen to your body and take breaks during class if needed.

  • Towards the end of class we will open the door to let some cool air in, our lobby is colder than the heated room so we want your bodies to slowly acclimate to the colder temperature. It is best to leave the heated room with a shirt or sweatshirt as you enter the cold air to keep yourself comfortable.
