PRIME BODY: PiLATES/BARRE FUSION

Cassie is a Pilates, Barre, dance, Zumba, and fitness instructor with a background in classical and contemporary dance. You can find her teaching around town and dancing around NYC, usually wearing a smile and spandex. Follow Cassie on Instagram @cassandrabeth
