Welcome to Prime Cycle + Body, I am so happy you are here. Whether you have taken a class with us already or are looking around to get to know us, I wanted to take a moment to speak from my heart and tell you our story.

I often say there is a story behind every bike and mat and there certainly is one behind Prime Cycle + Body. Throughout our ten-year journey, we’ve battled and managed our fair share of small business challenges. Regardless of the challenge, we have met each of them with the love and support of our community. Here we are, many years and experiences later, still growing, together.

I have been a die-hard resident of Hoboken for almost 20 years. I have been raising my two children here (well — 3 since I consider Prime my 3rd child!) and have loved every aspect of Hoboken and its people. Owning a small business in this incredible town is a dream come true and on any given day you will see one of my family members taking a class, sweeping the floor or greeting a guest. We TRULY are a family business.

In 2022, I took a leap of faith and followed my dream to turn Prime Cycle into a studio that offered more than just spin. My vision was to be a high-end boutique studio with a small business feel that offered a variety of classes… continue reading here.
