Carissa is a born and raised Jersey Girl and Hoboken local since 2018! She first clipped into a bike years ago and has been an indoor cycling addict ever since. In 2022, she made her way to the podium as an instructor and hasn’t looked back. Her classes bring the energy — think heart-pumping playlists, feel-good vibes, and some killer choreo to get the room dancing. Carissa believes everybody belongs on a bike and her goal is to help every rider feel strong, empowered, and proud of themselves. When she’s not on the bike, you’ll find her watching college basketball (go UConn!), brunching with friends, or spending time with her family.
