Born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Haddy’s fitness journey began 15 years ago when he weighed 300 pounds. After losing 120 pounds, he developed a passion for helping others transform their lives. Over the years, he has coached a variety of fitness classes, including boxing, strength training, and cycle. His goal is to inspire and challenge others to push beyond their limits. As a private chef, Haddy has mastered the balance between fitness and nutrition, helping others fuel their bodies the right way. In his spin classes, you’ll get lost in the music, find your rhythm, and leave feeling empowered and stronger every time and his Best Butt Ever classes are one of the toughest and most fun fitness classes in Hoboken.
