Molly’s fitness journey started with hot yoga in 2017, and she’s been passionate about movement ever since. After earning her yoga teacher certification through CorePower Yoga in 2022, she began teaching Sculpt classes in Georgetown. Now based in Hoboken, she brings a blend of yoga-inspired alignment, mat Pilates, and compound strength movements to her classes at Prime. Her classes feature heated, full-body sequences that emphasize core engagement and functional mobility. Each class is set to energizing pop and EDM playlists that keep you moving from start to finish—leaving you feeling strong, accomplished, and recharged. Outside the studio, you’ll find her walking her pug Miso, searching for the best almond croissant in town, or planning her next trip!
